  • HOSE SAFETY

    Make sure you DO NOT install the hose over sharp corners. Always protect the contact point with a soft piece of plastic, sponge, hose etc.

  • GREASED BEARING

    The bearing on the suction/discharge head must be greased regularly. This is essential for operating the conveyor at full capacity.

  • CONSTANT FEED

    Ensure a constant material feed. DO NOT run the flexible conveyor empty for a long time.
