Shipping policy

We use the shipping companies Pallex, Schenker and Raben to ship our products. Shipping costs are due at the time of order. We charge a flat rate of 180 euros for shipping within Europe.

Delivery Areas: Europe - Delivery within 3–5 business days

Delivery Method: Delivery by freight carrier/courier to your doorstep. The products are delivered directly to your shipping address.

Flat rates: A uniform shipping fee per order/item, regardless of distance.

Free shipping: Promotions offering free shipping are available and may be subject to a minimum order value.

Delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions, traffic, and other events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays that occur after the shipment leaves our facility.
