Refund policy
We offer a 365-day warranty from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for the warranty, your product must not show any damage caused by you. In addition, the instructions for use must have been followed properly. If it is determined that these instructions were not followed or that the product was damaged by the user, the warranty generally remains valid, but additional costs may apply.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Items Excluded from Return
Our products cannot be returned because they are custom-made. We ensure that we take each customer’s specific requirements into account; for this reason, our products are excluded from the right of return. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to return the package. Items returned to us without a prior request will not be accepted. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the person requesting the exchange.
