To get the best performance from your flexible screw conveyor, we strongly recommend following these steps:

    Do not secure the hose with narrow straps

    Do not bend the hose over sharp corners.

    Do not place the hose on planks, edges, or other narrow objects

LIKE THIS!

Make sure to protect the hose with a soft material or object. This will ensure a long service life for your flexible screw conveyor.

Other useful tips:

  • DO NOT let the conveyor run without material, especially on the first use.
  • DO NOT twist the hose.
  • Make sure to lubricate the bearing regularly.
  • DO NOT bend the first 50 cm of the hose near the motor.
  • For sand, cement, flour and other heavy materials, please contact us before ordering.
